Abstract：
时代在进步,过去"填鸭式"的教学模式已面临淘汰,新课改对于教师的要求也越来越高,教师不仅是知识的传授者,也是能力的培养者.进入初中后,部分学生难以适应快节奏、高压的学习环境,对于学习产生了厌倦情绪,老师需要从各方面帮助学生脱离困境,课堂作为学生获取知识的来源,课堂模式的好坏也影响着学生接受知识的程度.
