    挫折教师是语文教学中的附加值,虽然语文的教学主要目的在于对学生文化素质的培养,但抗挫能力作为德育引导中的重要部分,也是不可忽视的,语文的课堂互动中,教师可通过教材案例等,渗透抗挫内容,让学生展开相应的探究和思考,基于自己的人生经历,进行互动.促使学生在挫折面前有正确的抵抗思想,能够自我消化挫折,变挫折为动力,进而树立正确的人生观念.
