Abstract：
小学阶段是学生学习和成长基础性阶段,对学生今后学习成长有着重要的指导性作用.因此,在小学学校管理时,应该逐渐采用"以人为本"管理模式,保障小学学校各项事务能够合理有序的进行.但是在实际小学学校管理中,仍然存在各种各样的问题,因此需要从不同方面寻找相应解决措施.
