    Abstract：

    随着社会的发展,我国的高校辅导员教育教学的发展也有了很大的提高.辅导员在进行工作的安排过程中应该首先对工作有进一步的了解,保证学生管理工作有高质量的成果.对高校辅导员而言,其中涉及的工作内容也十分繁杂.因此,辅导员要想在管理过程中对这些有一定管理难度的工作更加得心应手需要改变其原有的管理模式,使之更加精细化.
