Abstract：
班主任是在班级里负责所有学生学习生活的教师,同时他们也会关心学生的健康和生活方面的问题.班主任也是班级的组织者和领导者,也是一个在班级里面负责教学和相关事项协调的教育者.在高中生的生活中,常常有高考的压力和青春期所带来的敏感和叛逆心理,因此班主任教师在班级管理中一定要结合学生的心理特点,让学生能够逐渐适应紧张的高中生活.
