班主任,是班级工作的领导者、组织者和实施者.作为班主任,每天面对的是几十双渴求知识的眼睛,每天接触的是几十颗等待滋润的心灵.如何引领班级向正确方向前进,打造优秀班级体,是班主任的任务.这不仅需要班主任具有强烈的事业心,责任感,更需要班主任具备一定的组织管理能力.我担任几年的班主任工作,深知班主任工作的艰辛和劳苦,但使我感触更深的是收获成功的幸福.以下是我在班级管理中的几点做法.
