    Abstract：

    近年来,国家对于我国国民教育的重视程度已经非常高,随着科技水平的飞速发展,国家对于技术型人才的需求量也越来越大,中职学校作为一直为社会输出技术型人才的重要来源,中职教育水平一直都在受到人们的重点关注.随着社会的发展,中职教育也迎来了新的挑战,国家不仅需要技术过硬的人才,更需要道德与能力全面发展的人才,因此,国家全面推进中职学校德育教育,更是推出了"管育并重"的崭新德育模式.
