    我国进入改革开放新时期以来,事业机关单位工会起到了越来越重要的作用,作为党和群众的桥梁以及国家政权必不可少的社会支柱,事业机关单位工会对于维护广大职工群众的合法权益有重要的影响.工会宣传工作的开展,有利于党实现自身的政治使命,有利于引导广大职工群众正确认识自己的利益.所以开展事业机关单位工会宣传工作时既要联系现实,又要表现其前瞻性,更要以事业机关单位改革与发展为中心.本文将重点探究新时期事业机关单位工会宣传工作的重点以及创新.
