Abstract：
维修质量是保证航空装备的关键,而人为差错又是影响维修质量的主要因素.针对目前航空维修过程中人为因素产生的原因,从加强管理力度、提高机务人员素质等方面提出了减少人为差错的具体措施和办法,为提高飞机维修质量,确保飞行安全提供参考.
