Abstract：
语文,不仅仅是一个考试的工具,更是人健全精神世界形成的必不可少的因素之一.语文教学若能将工具性和人文性完美结合,才能实现教学目标.从某种程度上说,语文教什么比怎样教更重要,尤其是小学阶段,是健全人格的关键期.作者从小学语文教学的人文性出发,反思自己的执教行为,探讨小学语文教学的意义及方法.
