Abstract：
依据新课程理念的要求,教师在教学中要注意学生的主体地位,教师更多地是起到引导者的作用,不能再运用以往单一灌输式讲解的教学模式,学生在被动学习状态下无法产生学习兴趣,这会对教学效率和学生学习能力的培养产生负面影响.小学语文教师要明确角色定位,把培养学生的自主学习能力放到重要的位置上,要努力培养主动学习意识,重视引导学生预习与复习,还应该开展小组合作学习,从而促进教学质量真正的提高,让学生在学习中更加轻松高效.
