Abstract：
在开放式教学中,教育者与受教育者双方同时扮演着双重角色,既当先生又当学生,整个教学过程实际上就是"师生互导,生生互导,师生互学,生生互学"多向互动的过程,导中有学,学中有导,二者紧密联系,辩证统一,相互促进,共同提高.本文对历史教学中教师"导"的艺术做了探究和实践.
