非物质文化遗产是全人类的共同财富,关系一个民族的文化与精神的传承,较之有形遗产而言,如指间之沙,稍有不慎,就会流失于指缝.对非物质文化遗产的抢救、保护、传承、发展,是我们民族处在大的社会转型期所面临的重要而又急迫的问题.
