    Abstract：

    现如今,中职化学教育要实现创新型人才的培养,就要从根本上提高学生的创新能力,培养高素质的人才队伍建设.本文研究了目前中职化学教育中学生创新能力培养现状,结合化学专业的特点,从教师教学方法、课程建设和创新意识等多方面进行调查,对目前中职化学教育中学生创新能力的培养方面的问题进行了分析,从调查分析中寻找出中职化学教育方式对学生创新能力影响的主要因素,提出了中职化学教育中学生创新能力培养的几点建议.
