中学生喜欢参加各种生动活泼、富有趣味的集体活动,活动教育是重要的教育形式.我通过开展活动促进人际交往,建立信心,形成团结协作的班级文化.班主任以学校组织的活动为契机,让它成为优质的教育资源;班级内开展活动,在活动中有针对性地进行教育.
