    新形势下的高中班级管理工作,是随着时代和形势变化不断前进的工作.良好的学习氛围和班级氛围都是在优秀的班级管理影响下产生的,以往传统的、被动的、控制型的高中班级管理模式已不能适应现在新时期多变的社会发展需求.这就要求高中管理工作者结合时代的特点、学生的特性和班级管理实践,进行深刻的探究.
