    教育的目的是为国家和社会的发展需要培育人才,所以我国的教育体系要随着现代社会的不断发展和变化进行改革,来满足社会对未来发展所需人才的更高要求,在新课程改的教育背景下,小学语文教师不仅要教导学生语文教材知识,还要在语文教学中培养学生的口语交际能力,本文就对小学语文教学培养学生口语交际能力的实践与探索作简要探析.
