    德国职业教育师资的培养在不同高校都有自身的培养模式.主要有国家考试模式和职业教育硕士两种培养模式.本文以传统的国家考试模式培养模式为例,重点介绍其形式和特点.以期能够对我国职业教育教师培养模式改革具有借鉴意义.
