    Abstract：

    随着教育制度的改革,学生的主体地位得到了提升,在初中体育教学中,教师应该尊重学生的主体地位,展开针对性教学,促进学生的全面发展.在教学过程中,教师应该要以学生为主体,创设良好的教学环境,优化教学体系,提高课堂质量,以此来提高学生的实践能力.因此,教师要对学生展开针对性教学,帮助学生提高实践能力,对教学模式进行整合优化,提高教学质量.
