    Abstract：

    随着教学改革的不断深入发展,我国高中教育亦在积极对传统教学模式进行创新,除了发展学生的文化课教育工作外,还在积极对学生的体育教育进行完善.高中阶段的学习任务较多,学生的身心承载着巨大的压力,在此教学阶段加强学生的身体健康训练十分必要.因此,本文就对高中体育课外活动实施的有效管理工作进行论述分析,希望能够为高中校园素质教育的进步有所帮助.
