Abstract：
提升中职学生的综合职业素养是时代发展,社会进步的内在要求,帮助中职学生解决就业择业困难的关键所在,中职学校提升教学质量的必然要求和当前任务.中职学生综合职业素养的提升是一个漫长的、渐渐的阶段性过程,需要教育主体、客体双方的共同合力推进.本文将从中职学生综合职业素养提升的必要性研究入手,探索当前阶段中职学生综合职业素养培育缺失的基础性缘由,探析中职学生综合职业素养提升的措施策略.
