    培养大学生创新创业能力是国家经济发展的客观需求,其不仅有利于学生的自身发展,更能够缓解高校毕业生的就业压力.为了提升大学生创新创业能力的培养实效,高校应在就业指导中着重打造优秀的师资队伍、创新就业指导理念、优化就业指导环境的同时不断提升学生的创新创业能力.希望本文的研究对相关人员有一定的参考价值.
