    Abstract：

    伴随着新常态模式的不断推进,群众的思想以及工作与生活方式都产生了巨大的转变,适应并同时将新常态贯彻执行下去是当前企业发展的核心要务.相同的,新时代的来临也为当前石油企业思政工作带来了非常巨大的挑战,石油企业员工的工作形式也产生了翻天覆地的转变,政工师进行有关工作也不得不面对新的难题.针对这样的一种情况,本文针对新时期石油企业政工师需要具备的工作能力以及自身修养给予了分析与梳理,并指出了与其相对的提升其修养与能力的路径.
