    Abstract：

    社会市场对于焊接技术及自动化专业人才的需求量较大,毕业生发展前景比较好.因此,学校应该注重对焊接技术及自动化专业的教学.学校可以结合市场需求,通过对传统教学方法和教学模式进行改革完善,制定科学合理的人才培养方案,使焊接技术及自动化专业能够持续发展.所以本文对于焊接技术及自动化专业教学方法的改革创新,提出了相关的计划方案.
