    随着社会的进步和幼教事业的发展,人们对幼儿教师提出了更高的要求,学前教育越来越受到政府部门的关注和重视.不断通过规范办园行为、完善办园条件、提高办园水平等措施,逐步提高农村幼儿教育质量和教育水平.然而外在条件的制约、教育信息交流不畅、研究型、专家型教师的缺乏,都成了农村幼儿园发展的绊脚石.
