    随着新课标的改革,教师教育教学方法也要随着新时期的改变而改进自己的业务技能水平.英语教师教学方式变革是贯彻新课标改革的重要和关键环节.本文就英语教师教学方式的现状和变革的重要性以及变革的趋势提出几点意见和建议.
