    Abstract：

    课堂的效率和质量是现如今高中教育提出的要求,同时也是培育和提升当今社会人才素养的重要渠道.老师需要知道,虽然考试成绩很重要,但是教学不能被高考所束缚,学生假如不能更好地获取知识,而是只会"读死书",这对于培育和提升学生的思维与学习能力是非常不利的.老师要做到因材施教,尊重学生在课堂的主体地位,提升学生的学习和思维能力,从而提高高中地理的课堂教学效率和质量.
