    随着社会的发展与进步,我国的教育也在不断推进与提升.在当下注重核心素养教学的同时,小学作为践行核心素养教育的关键期,对数学教师提出了更高更新的要求,这就需要数学教学不仅要学习积累数学知识与技能,还要有效拓展小学生们的素养与思维.本方就此对核心素养下培养小学数学教师专业技能的策略进了探讨与阐述.
