    现代文与当代社会有着一定的联系,一些社会的知识和真理可以通过现代文来揭示.所以对于中学生来说,通过阅读现代文学,他们也可以掌握社会上的知识,从而为其将来的学习和生活打下基础.初中语文的现代文阅读也一直是初中语文教学的重点和难点,在考试中现代文阅读题目通常占有相当大的比例.
