    Abstract：

    作为重要民生工程,环境工程近年来项目规模和数量持续增加的同时,由于管理作业的不规范、不科学,导致项目工程管理成效与预期管理目标之间始终存在一定差距,为此在环境工程项目管理中践行"精细化管理"现已迫在眉睫.鉴于此,本文主要针对当前项目建设管理中存在的问题提出了相应的优化处理对策和手段,以期为预期管理目标的实现奠定良好基础.
