    个人的思想政治觉悟是促进其思想进步的方向标,思想政治建设工作是当前文化教育信息快速普及的理论基础,并且也是当前文化建设不能够忽视的载体与社会建设过程里不能够缺少的实质内容.一个石油企业的发展不但要求员工精湛的技术和精益求精的工作作风,同时还不能够脱离思想政治建设的有效支撑.政工师作为当前石油企业发展的引导者,需要切实的完成好石油企业员工自身的思想政治建设工作,为推进石油企业的思想政治工作贡献出自身的力量.
