    Abstract：

    实训室是提升学生职业技能、职业素养的重要场所,实训室文化建设对学生的职业素质培养起着至关重要的作用.在实际工作中,实训室文化建设中缺乏严密的、系统的评价标准,大多相关研究只在直观感受上对实训室文化建设的效果进行描述.本文希望通过实训室文化建设,将评价标准厘清,并进行系统性整理、建设.
