    Abstract：

    本文笔者拟借用国外学者定义的"problem student"的概念对样本学校——城南中学学生进行研究分析,把样本学校中的"问题"学生分为学习障碍型,行为障碍型和心理障碍型三类.其次,在人本主义教育观的理论基础上,从教师角度出发提出了转化"问题"学生的措施.
