    初中学生自习一直是教育首先要解决的问题.在对学生进行学习辅导的同时,教师根据当前学生的性格特点、行为方式和思想观念,转变教学的方式和手段,帮助他们制定合适的自学方案,树立学习兴趣,获得学习自信,是提升学生数学学习成绩的有效方式.本文结合初中生的性格特点,对当前教育内容、方式进行论述,希望可以帮助到相关的教育工作者.
