    为了进一步提高教师队伍的专业素养和教学能力,夯实教师驾驭课堂的基本功.本文主要基于城乡联动教研模式,探索区域教师研修共同体建设的关键因素.通过对小学数学联动发展途径的探索提升小学数学教师素养,同时为其他区域及其他学科提供可以借鉴的理论和经验.
