在对初中学生进行教育的时候,班主任将会对每个学生的成长起到重要的引导作用,在班级当中也充当一个重要的缔造者角色和管理者角色,而班主任的主要工作就是对每个学生进行全面化的管理,在管理过程当中就要体现出群体管理理念意识,同时还要展现出个性化的管理理念,让每个学生不仅能够学到充足的知识内容,也对其进一步的成长将会起到一定的促进作用.
