Abstract：
2011年国家广电总局下达了一种"限娱令"政策,要求从2011年7 月开始在一周黄金播出时间段内各地方卫视的娱乐节目不得推送超过三次.在此消息发出后,各大综艺类节目积极对节目的内容、形式、编排甚至播出时间进行了新的调整.本文运用综合分析的视角,就湖南卫视的创新转型方式,来探讨它是如何响应此次政策来确保"综艺霸主"地位,对以后节目制作人又有什么样的启发.
