    Abstract：

    初中阶段正是学生生理和心理发展的"关键期".在此阶段,中学生的身心都在快速发展,但生理和心理的发展是不平衡、不同步的,这对他们今后的学习、生活乃至人生发展都将发生重大的影响.本文从当前中学生心理健康状况、心理问题产生的原因、有关方面目前的举措与今后的改进措施等方面做出了细致的分析与研究,提出了有针对性的策略建议.
