    21世纪,全球正处于信息化的环境中,此时信息力成为了全球民众都需要具备的基本素养.小学阶段的信息技术教学是一个人掌握信息力的基础,对信息力的培养应从影响信息力的构成因素入手,对应性的分析并制定培育方式,最终以一种科学、系统的方式完成对信息力的培养,以对小学阶段的基础信息力培养起到一定的推动作用.
