    在新课改背景之下的小学语文教学方法改革与创新发展过程中,注重以人为本的理念.以人为本新式教育理念的实施,重视学生的个性差异,因材施教,保证每个学生的潜能得到发挥,也使学生的学习求知欲得到了保持.新课程教学改革的目的是给予学生展现自我、发挥个性的机会,让每位学生的个性特点得到进步和加强.教育是民族振兴、社会进步的基石,它能提高国民素质,促进人的全面发展,为建设中国特色社会主义国家培养接班人.
