    古往今来,"民以食为天",餐桌上的饮食文化已在人们心中占据重要位置,作为职业院校后勤服务管理重点工作就在于食堂每天就餐的师生,食堂就餐的重要性就不言而喻了.随着职业院校每年的扩招与学院的规模逐渐扩大,后勤服务工作复杂性也逐步增加,为促进职业院校食堂健康发展提出管理建议,为今后职业院校食堂管理创新提供一点思路.
