    Abstract：

    随着我国对中职教育方面政策的不断出台,在中职实训教学培养学生的职业素养越来越重要.现代企业不仅要求技术人员的技术水平要高,而且更看重员工的内在综合素质.学生的职业素养培育也是示范性院校的新任务,需要大力培养高素质的中职院校技能型人才.本文简要阐述当下中职学生职业素养的不足方面,然后重点讲述在中职实训中培养学生职业素养的方法,希望为相关人员有所启发.
