    Abstract：

    初中英语是一门重要的学科,为了帮助学生更好地学习英语,教师应高度重视语音教学,只有让学生先学会标准发音,才能准确发音,从而提高学生的英语口语水平.因此,教师在教学中要想促进学生口语能力的提升,必须改变传统的教学方法,积极运用直接拼读法、区别对照法以及引导学生反复读音,使学生自主总结单词音标发音规律,有效提高学生的英语口语表述能力,最终获取较好的教学效果.
