    Abstract：

    个性化教学就是尊重学生个性的教学,它以学生的学习主体地位的确立为本质,以学生在学习中体现出来的个别差异为教学出发点,以培养学生兴趣和激发学生学习内在需要为中心,以每一个学生的全面发展和个性展现为发展目标.在高中数学教学中实施个性化教学要求教师以宽广的胸怀容忍学生的不合适宜,把学生在课堂上的每一个细节变化都理解为培养学生能力的契机.
