    Abstract：

    藏语文在藏族初中教学中占据着非常重要的地位,在《藏族语文课程标准》与初中语文教学有效结合的背景下,藏语文教师的教学理念也在不断更新,同时他们的教学手段也变得更加多元化了.但是实际上,初中藏语文课堂教学的完善程度还远远不够.所以,本文对初中藏语文课堂教学艺术进行了有效探讨,以期可以促进初中藏语文教学的发展.
