    Abstract：

    建立科学合理的输配电价管制政策是推进电力市场化改革的关键.本文通过分析国外尤其是欧美发达国家和地区的输配电价结构体系、定价方法、成本分摊方法以及电价水平等与输配电价管制政策相关的内容,并在总结国外输配电价管制政策基本经验和做法的基础上,提出了现阶段我国输配电价深化改革的政策建议.
