    Abstract：

    文章分析了现有法律体系下,国有古民居产权归属存在的两方面问题:一是古民居法定国家所有权与实际生活中占有、使用权关系不清,二是古民居国家所有权权利主体繁杂不清.对此,文章提出要建立国有古民居产权登记制度,进而确立资产管理制度;并以此为前提,推动国有古民居用益权合法行使.
