    如何实施全面素质教育,是广大小学语文教育者正在深入研究的课题.笔者认为,小学语文教学中实施全面素质教育,需要从素质教育的"三个发展"总体目标着手教学,即全体学生的发展,每位学生的全面发展,学生生动活泼地发展.本文就围绕"三个发展"总体目标进行了具体的探讨,旨在实施真正意义上的全面素质教育.
