Abstract：
中职体育作为一门与生活联系紧密的学科,其教学目的主要在于帮助学生养成良好的运动习惯,进而不断提升其身体素质.部分教师在教学过程中,并没有将终身体育的理念传达给学生,盲目开展教学任务,使得教学并不具有一定的时效性.本文从中职体育教学中,影响终身体育的因素入手,并对其提出具体改进策略.
