    Abstract：

    根据中职学校学生大多缺乏明确的学习目标和学习动机,学生素质较低,没有养成系统的学习习惯,自控能力和遵守纪律意识相对较差,入校后违纪现象较多等特点.本文具体分析了中职班主任在教育管理学生中出现偏颇的根源,提出了"不管而管"的班级管理策略及其要取得良好的教育效果的方法.
